By launching this festival, the objective is to make theatre, the father of the arts, a means of bringing peoples together and, above all, a true bridge between the peoples of the Maghreb. Nearly a dozen troupes from Maghreb countries take part in this event. A competition is planned, with the presence of a jury of professionals, playwrights, and theatre critics.
